Return and Refund Policy for Sevora Glow

At Sevora Glow, customer satisfaction is our priority. We have established a transparent return and exchange policy aligned with U.S. consumer protection standards and e-commerce best practices. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Support team for specific instructions before shipping any items.

1. Return Policy

1.1 Right of Withdrawal and Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase from sevoraglow.com, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Conditions for Return:

  • The product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • It must include all manuals, accessories, and the original packing slip or proof of purchase.
  • The item must be shipped via a trackable mail service to the address provided by our support team.
  • Please note that unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Attention: Products that do not meet these conditions or show signs of wear and tear may be sent back to the sender without prior notice and will not be eligible for a refund.

1.2 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed using the original method of payment:

  • Credit Card: The credit will automatically be applied to your card. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the transaction to reflect on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
  • Other Payment Methods: Refunds for alternative payment methods will be processed within 10 business days after approval.

2. Exchange Policy

2.1 Defective or Damaged Items

Sevora Glow offers a 90-day limited warranty for manufacturing defects. If you receive a faulty item, please follow this procedure:

  • Contact our support team with a detailed description and photos/videos of the defect.
  • Once authorized, ship the item in its original packaging with the proof of purchase.
  • Technical analysis may take up to 15 business days after we receive the product.

If the defect is confirmed, you may choose to:

  • Receive a brand-new replacement of the same product at no additional cost.
  • Exchange the item for another product of equal value.
  • Receive a full refund of the purchase price.

Exchanges will be denied if:

  • No defect is found after testing.
  • The damage was caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling by the customer.
  • There are signs of normal wear and tear or improper cleaning/maintenance.

2.2 Size or Color Exchanges

Please review our sizing charts and product descriptions carefully before purchasing. We generally do not offer free exchanges for errors in size or color selection made by the customer. Any exchange requested for these reasons will be subject to product availability and the customer will be responsible for all related shipping fees.

3. Order Cancellation by Sevora Glow

Sevora Glow reserves the right to cancel an order under specific circumstances, including:

  • Payment authorization failure or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Inconsistent or invalid registration/shipping data.
  • Product stock unavailability.

3.1 Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If Sevora Glow cancels an order, a 100% refund will be issued via the original payment method. We will also provide a full refund if:

  • Delivery is impossible due to an internal logistical error.
  • The product is out of stock and you do not wish to wait for a restock or choose an alternative item.
