Refund Policy for Sevora Glow

At Sevora Glow, we are committed to your complete satisfaction. If you have purchased a product from our online store and need to request a refund, exchange, or return, please follow the guidelines below, which are designed to align with U.S. consumer protection standards and e-commerce best practices.

1. Customer Satisfaction and Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

2. Defective or Damaged Products

If your product has a manufacturing defect, the window to request an exchange or refund is 30 days after receipt.

Important Notice regarding transit damage: For issues such as broken glass, visible scratches, or missing parts, you must contact our Customer Service team within 24 hours of delivery and provide images of the received package and the damage. After this period, any such issues will be considered a result of handling or misuse by the user.

To start a return or exchange, please contact our Support Center. Our team will provide all the necessary instructions and the authorized return address.

Conditions for Returns

  • The product must show no signs of use or wear.
  • If the product allows for adjustments (e.g., watches with removable links), it must not have been altered or resized.
  • The product must be sent in its original packaging, including the outer shipping mailer with the label intact.
  • Failure to comply with these conditions will invalidate the refund or exchange request.

Once we receive and inspect the package, we will notify you if the return is approved. If approved, you can choose between:

  • An exchange for another product currently in stock.
  • A full refund of the product value. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable if the item was delivered correctly and in perfect condition.

Warranty Information

All Sevora Glow products come with a 30-day limited warranty starting from the date of delivery.

To claim the warranty, you must provide a short video (up to 1 minute) demonstrating the technical problem. The video must clearly show the product and its original shipping packaging with the label visible. If you choose to send photos instead, the defect and the packaging must be clearly visible in the images.

Note: Sevora Glow provides support for the best possible solution within this policy but does not provide external technical assistance or authorized repair centers.

What is NOT Covered by the Warranty

The warranty does not cover aesthetic damage occurring after delivery, such as cracked or shattered screens. Additionally, the following are excluded:

  • Water or liquid damage (e.g., submersion or spills).
  • Defects caused by attempted repairs or modifications made by the customer or third parties.
  • Improper use of accessories or power sources.
  • Damage resulting from natural wear and tear (e.g., scratches on surfaces, oxidation).
  • Normal reduction in battery life over time.
  • Intentional stress tests performed by the customer (e.g., impact or water resistance tests).
