The products presented in our store are shipped by our international suppliers directly to the address provided at checkout at the time of order completion.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
Our standard "Free Shipping" option applies to all orders with a fixed cost of $0.00. Delivery typically takes between 15 to 35 business days after the product has been dispatched, depending on your location within the United States.
Please note that order processing and dispatch occur within 3 to 6 business days after payment confirmation in our system.
Tracking Information
We provide a tracking code for every order, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery. You will receive this tracking number via email and the contact information provided during purchase. Please allow up to 8 business days after payment confirmation to receive your tracking details.
Since these are international shipments, tracking information through the carrier (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx) may take 5 to 15 business days to update once the code is generated.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Delivery Terms and Logistics
If your order contains two or more different products, they may be shipped separately. In such cases, a unique tracking code will be provided for each item.
It is essential to inspect your products upon delivery. If the packaging shows signs of tampering, or is open or damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact our Customer Service department immediately. While we assist in tracking, damage occurring during transit is the responsibility of the postal service provider.
Delivery Attempts and Address Accuracy
Ensuring the shipping address is filled out correctly is the sole responsibility of the customer. If a product is returned due to an incorrect address or insufficient data, a new shipment will only be processed upon payment of a new shipping fee by the customer.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the package may be held at a local post office or carrier facility for a period determined by the carrier. If the item is not collected within that timeframe, it will be returned to the international sender. Any subsequent reshipment will require a new negotiation and potential additional costs.
